You can’t get your computer to turn on right. It goes right to Microsoft windows and it will not let you enter any programs.
If you haven’t already you can try booting your computer into Windows safe mode last known good configuration. Reboot your computer and after your computer splash screen and before Windows tries to boot press your F8 key until an advanced boot options menu opens. Select “Last known good configuration.
You may need to reboot a few more times booting it into normal mode to make sure that resolved your issue. Hopefully, Windows will function normally.
